Blinds To Go is expanding and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team!

We have created a new position for a Customer Service / Package Handler. This individual will provide day-to-day support to ensure that our customer’s orders are sorted and ready for pick-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Receive shipment
Sorting and organizing and staging shipments for installer pickups
Communicating with the manufacturing plant, retail showrooms, installers, and customers
Work with the sales team on basic customer service
Respond to queries over the phone, computer, or in-person
QUALIFICATIONS:

Physically capable of standing much of your shift
Package handling experience
Basic knowledge/exposure to working with computers, RF scanners, and printers
Strong organizational capabilities
Friendly and customer service-oriented
Excellent follow up and communication skills
Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
